Lessing “Futura” with “RAD” (has a unique, articulating rear-end by way of a second fifth wheel) for incredible maneuverability in the obstacles. Also has a set of steel wheels with hard rubber tires.

For a single, larger horse or a pair of large ponies or horses, this is a very stable carriage that can really follow directly in it’s own tracks. No need to worry about hitting the posts! It has a special suspension package for a smoother ride.

Also has a set of pneumatic tires (pictured) on steel wheels for training and use in deeper footing and rough terrain, plus two spare hard rubber tires on steel wheels too.

This carriage seats two adults up front. The passenger seat can be flipped up and fastened to the side bar and the driver’s wedge seat can be moved to the center position. We weighed this carriage in at 494 lbs. (225 KG).

Removable and adjustable stainless steel shafts, front and rear stainless disc brakes, independent suspension, pole for pair….too many features to list here. Total price including all the extra options = $10,995.00. (This carriage would cost well over $2,000.00 more in today’s market to replace)

As a note: I own and drive the single version of this carriage and it has been used consistently for the last year. It has been a great carriage and has been in numerous competitions this year. I love the stability it offers and is very secure. Just when you think you’re going to hit the obstacle, it clears it with it’s amazing tracking of the rear wheels which follow the front wheels! Go ahead and be daring! You’ll love it!
